We run an end-to-end process typically over 2-4 years supporting with exit planning, organic growth strategies, acquisitions, capital raising, reviewing or investing in technology and running the exit process.

Planning

Supporting from the very beginning in preparing your company for sale to ensure the highest valuation and a smooth diligence process. Assessing the valuation today, key risks/strengths and the metrics to hit to achieve maximum value from the right buyers. We work with trusted partner law, tax and wealth management firms to support in providing all areas of advice a seller needs.

Growth

Advising on organic growth strategies (marketing, BD, recruitment etc) and also supporting from end-to-end with acquisitions (sourcing targets, structuring, DD and through to completion). We have significant experience in raising capital (debt/equity) to fund any organic or inorganic growth strategies. We also have the option to invest ourselves.

Exit

As the company nears the time of a potential exit, we begin testing the market. We then run a competitive sell-side process with the right set of buyers supporting Management end-to-end, from preparing the information pack, negotiating commercial terms, positioning the company correctly, leading the DD process through to signing / completion.

Manny Lidhar has 10+ years of experience in the corporate finance space with previous roles at ING in their Leveraged Finance team and at Rothschild in their Investment Grade Debt Advisory team. He has worked on a combination of £1bn+ transactions for listed corporates to smaller investment grade in nature companies.

Recognising a passion he has for advising SMEs and a gap in the quality of the advice provided to entrepreneurs , he joined CreditSquare which was an SME focused corporate finance firm. He since took over the mandates at CreditSquare and launched Almeida Advisory to continue providing high quality and trusted advice to European SMEs.
